Richard P. Byrne, Co-Managing Partner of the Firm, has been serving as a Mediator since Mediation first came on the horizon as an efficient and cost-effective means of resolving litigation and other disputes. A strong proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Byrne received his initial training over 15 years ago through the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Since that time, he has mediated a wide array of matters, in numerous contexts, involving various areas of the law. He is well-respected professionally and has a strong track record of bringing parties’ disputes to a full and final conclusion.

The facilities at LBC&C’s main office in Garden City are particularly well-suited for Mediation. The Firm has a large Conference Center capable of seating 75 persons, along with a host of conference and break-out rooms serviced by dedicated kitchen. Attendees at Mediation are able to meet with clients and work with Mr. Byrne in private, professional and comfortable surroundings.
