Mr. Bizzaro received his Juris Doctorate from St. Johnís University School of Law in 2003 and he received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in 2000.

Prior to his association with the Firm, Mr. Bizzaro litigated cases with varying subject matter, including: commercial litigation, employment, real estate, medical malpractice, and personal injury. He has also handled matrimonial actions and criminal actions.

Mr. Bizzaro presently concentrates his practice in the area of professional malpractice. He also represents attorneys, collection companies and other debt collectors in claims for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and New York General Business Law Section 349.

Mr. Bizzaro is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is also admitted to practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York.
